We started Shiksha Beyond Borders because we believe that education is the foundation for a better future. We have seen first-hand the impact that poverty can have on children and the communities they live in, and we believe that providing access to education can help break the cycle of poverty.

We were inspired by the children we met in rural communities who, despite the lack of resources, were eager to learn and grow. We saw the potential in them, but we also saw the limitations they faced due to a lack of access to quality education. That's when we decided to take action and start Shiksha Beyond Borders.
